Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) 2022: Application Form, Eligibility, Exam Date

KEE 2022 application form has released in online mode only.  Interested candidates can submit their expression of Interest (EOI). Karunya Institute of Technology and Science is the authority that is responsible for managing Karunya Entrance Exam 2022 or KEE 2022. Through this exam, the institute selects eligible candidates for admission to B.Tech and B.Sc. (Honors) agriculture program. Those who want to apply need to fill and submit the application form in online mode. Before applying, candidates must ensure that they are eligible by checking the eligibility criteria. KEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates who want to apply must ensure that they meet the required eligibility criteria as decided by the university.

Age Limit

• As of 1st July 2022, the age of a candidate should not be more than 21 years.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech (Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Specialization in Smart Infrastructure), Computer Science and Engineering (Specialization in Data Analytics), Computer Science and Engineering (Specialization in Artificial Intelligence), Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical and Computer  Engineering (In collaboration with SIEMENS & ABB), Electronics and Communications Engineering (Specialization in IoT), Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Digital Manufacturing), Robotics & Automation)
  • Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics examination.
  • Aspirants who have cleared the 10+2 Vocational stream (with the subjects General  Machinist, Electrical machines and Appliances, Electronic Equipment, Draughtsman Civil, Auto Mechanic, Textile  Technology,  etc.) with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with a minimum average percentage aggregate 60% is also eligible.
• Biotechnology & Food Processing and Engineering
  • Applicants should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Or
  • Candidates must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent exam with 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Zoology/ Botany/ Computer Science subjects.
• B.Tech Lateral Entry
  • The candidates must have a diploma with at least 60 % marks or B.Sc. with a minimum of 60% marks. Please note that different diplomas are required for various branches of engineering as given in the table below.

KEE Application Form 2022

The application process of KEE 2022 will take place in online mode. Aspiring candidates who are looking for admission need to fill and submit the application form through the official website of the Karunya University. Complete details related to the application process are given below.

• To start the process of application form submission, aspirants have to submit their expression of Interest (EOI) through the official website i.e. eduserve.karunya.edu/online/admissions/eoi.aspx.
• At the time of submitting the expression of Interest, you need to name, mobile number, email address, Alternate mobile number, Institution last studied, State, City, City, Pin code, Interested Programme Choice 1, Interested Programme Choice 2, and Contact Preferences.
• Once the EOI is received, the Candidate will get an acknowledgement SMS and Email from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences indicating the Application No. and pass code
• In the next step, candidates have to log in using the KEE Application Number and pass code received.
• In the main application form, aspirants are required to fill all the necessary educational, personal, and contact details.
• The details entered in the application form must be accurate. Otherwise, the authorities can reject the application form.
• Along with the details, candidates have to upload the scanned images of the following documents.
  • Recent passport sized colour photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) of the Candidate (Size not more than 500 KB in JPEG format)
  • Signature of the Candidate, in black or dark blue ink on a white paper and to be scanned/ digitally photographed (Size not more than 500 KB in JPEG format)
  • Class 10 Mark Statement or Equivalent (as a proof for Name and DoB) and for UG / Integrated Programs / Last received semester mark statement or Equivalent for PG Programs & Lateral Entry Programs (Size not more than 500 KB in JPEG format)
• Along with the application form, all the candidates are also required to pay the necessary application fee.
• It is advised to take a printout of the application form submitted for future requirements. The Candidate can download the payment receipt and Karunya University Provisional Admission Order from admissions login portal

KEE Hall Ticket/ Admit card 2022

• The admit card of the KEE 2022 will release in online mode only. The university will not send the admit card by post or other offline medium.
• Those who want to download the admit card have to provide their Application Number and Passcode on the official portal.
• Important information like roll number, date, time, and venue of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card.
• In case of any discrepancy with KEE Hall Ticket 2022, aspirants should immediately report to the Admissions Officer, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed to be University), Coimbatore – 641 114, for necessary action.
• It is compulsory for all the candidates to carry a hard copy of the downloaded admit card at the examination center.
• Along with the admit card, aspirants are also required to carry a photo ID proof at the time of examination.

Answer Key

• After conducting the examination, authorities will release the KEE answer keys for the candidates.
• Candidates will be able to match their answers with the correct ones using answer keys.
• The answer keys will be published on the official website of the institute.

KEE 2022 Result

• Those aspirants who will appear for the exam will be able to check their result online through the official website.
• In order to download the result, candidates have to provide their application number and date of birth.
• Those who qualify in KEE-2022 will be considered for admission in B.Tech., B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, and B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture programs.
• Candidates who will score more than KEE cutoff marks 2022 will be declared successful.
• Successful applications will then be called to participate in the counselling process.

KEE 2022 Counselling

• The counselling process of KEE 2022 will take place in online mode only.
• Only those candidates will be allowed to participate in the counselling process who will secure more than cut off marks.
• During the counselling process, candidates have to provide the choice of branch of engineering.
• The admission will be provided only after the verification of documents.
• The seats will be allotted on the basis of marks secured in the exam and choice filled during the counselling.
