KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is a renowned entrance examination organized by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission to various undergraduate professional programmes. Earlier, it was announced that Karnataka CET 2016 would be conducted on May 1 and 2 but the date was clashed with AIPMT 2016. AIPMT is a national level medical entrance test and therefore candidates would had to face a lot of hassle due to clash of dates. Hence, Karnataka Examinations Authority has decided to conduct the KCET 2016 on Wednesday, May 04, 2016 and Thursday, May 05, 2016. For the convenience of students, Government has accepted the proposal given by KEA and thus it is now confirmed that the KCET exam will be held on May 04 and May 05, 2016.
KCET 2016 qualified candidates will be able to get admission to various undergraduate programmes such as BDS, MBBS, BUMS, BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, B.Arch, B.Pharm, B.V.Sc & A.H for the upcoming session 2016.
