Eligibility Criteria

The details of Kakatiya University Mphil and Phd admission eligibility criteria are given below:

• Applicants, who are already qualified in the CSIR JRF/ UGC NET/GATE/ AP SET / SLET, are eligible to apply.
• Aspirants should have done a post-graduate degree in the related subject  from a recognized university securing not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% Marks in case of candidates from SC/ST/PH candidates) at the postgraduate level
• M.Phil degree holders of Kakatiya University and candidates who enrolled in M.Phil programme through entrance test are exempted from the Ph.D. entrance test. However, such candidates need to submit their application form as per prescribed format along with the fee to get admission under Ph.D. programme.

Registration fee

For PhD

• The Registration Fee for Ph.D Admission is Rs. 750/- for SC/ST/PHC candidates
• For open categories, the registration fee is Rs 1000/-

For MPhil

The Registration Fee for M. Phil is Rs.700/- (for SC/ST/PH candidates Rs.500/-only).

The payment of Registration fee will be made in the form of demand draft / Bank order issued by the scheduled banks in favour of Director, Directorate of Admissions, Kakatiya University, Warangal.
