Joint Seat Allocation Authority has announced the results for JoSAA 2015 first round of counseling on 7th July 2015. The candidates who have been allotted the seats can claim it by depositing the acceptance fees. Last date of fees submission and to claim the allotted seat has been fixed as July 12th 2015.
JoSAA has clearly specified that it is important for all the candidates to report at the reporting center else the allotment will be annulled/ cancelled. At the center, students have to deposit the acceptance fees amount which is Rs 45,000 for General, OBC and NCL category. Whereas, the acceptance fee amount for SC, ST and PWD candidates is only Rs 20,000.
Candidates who could not avail the seat in the first round of JoSAA counseling, should not get disappointed as there are three more counseling rounds to go. Also, candidates who are not happy with the first round of counseling can apply for the second round which will take place on 13th July 2015.
