State Bank of India will release the notification for SBI Clerk Recruitment 2024 to fill up posts for the job of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales). The SBI Clerk 2024 application form is expected to be available in September 2024.

Interested and eligible candidates must apply online for the entrance test. It should be noted that the candidates will be allowed to apply for vacancies in one State/UT only. Therefore, they are required to be experts in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding in the specified selected local language of that State/UT.

The exam for the understanding of a particular chosen local language is also conducted as a part of the selection process. It will be performed after qualifying for the mains exam.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The conducting body has set some eligibility norms in terms of educational qualifications, age limit, nationality etc. The details about the SBI Clerk 2024 eligibility criteria are mentioned below.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university/college.

Candidates appearing in the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply. However, they have to submit proof of passing the qualifying examination on or before the specified date.

The candidate should be an Indian national.

The age limit should be between 20-28 years.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for SBI Clerk 2024 application form online through the official website. To apply, the candidate must visit the SBI website and select the “New Registration” tab.

First, complete the registration process by providing details like name, mobile number, and email id etc.

After registration, candidates should upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature.

Fill out the details like educational qualification, age, work experience etc in the online application form as per the given format.

Candidates should verify the details before final submission.

They also need to pay the prescribed application fee through the online mode.

Candidates from General/ OBC/EWS Category have to pay Rs 750 as exam application fee.

SC/ST/PWD/XS categories are exempted from the application fee.

Exam Pattern

The exam is conducted in online mode. There are two stages for SBI clerk exam i.e., SBI Clerk Prelims and SBI Clerk Mains exam. The details of both the exam stages are given below.

Admit Card

The authority will release the SBI Clerk admit card 2024 at least a week before the date of the exam. The admit cards will be released separately for prelims and mains exams. Candidates can download their admit card online by providing details like registration number, date of birth or password.

The authority will not issue any hard copy of the admit card by post. SBI Clerk admit card is an important document without which applicants will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
