Quick Notes

  • The written exam of RRB JE recruitment will take place in two stages. i.e. 1st Stage CBT and 2nd Stage CBT.
  • Syllabus for 1st Stage CBT and 2nd stage CBT is different from each other.
  • As per the exam pattern, the number of Questions in 1st Stage CBT will be 100. On the other hand, the number of questions in 2nd stage CBT will be 150.
  • Technical abilities section will be in 2nd stage CBT. So, you should prepare for this section in the 2nd Stage CBT only.
  • The general awareness section is common in both 1st and 2nd stage CBT.
  • Candidates should study for the technical ability section as per the branch of their diploma course.

Physics & Chemistry: As per the CBSE syllabus of up to 10th class.

Basics of Computers and Applications: Architecture of Computers; input and Output devices, Internet and Email, Websites & Web Browsers, Computer Virus, Storage devices, Networking, Operating System like Windows, Unix, Linux, MS Office, Various data representation.
