The admit card to appear in the RRB JE first stage and second stage exam will be released online. Upon release, an email/ SMS will be sent to the candidates on their registered email address/ mobile number. Admit card for both stages of exam will be made available separately, depending on the eligibility of the candidates for the same. Candidates must download the RRB JE admit card 2023 and carry a hard copy of it while reporting for the exam. The admit card will consist of important details related to the candidates and to the selection test.
Quick Notes
- Admit card for the first stage of selection test will only be released for those candidates who submit their applications successfully.
- Admit card for the second stage of selection test will only be released for those candidates who qualify the first stage successfully.
- Candidates must note that no admit card will be sent to them through post, courier, etc and will only be available online.
- RRB will not entertain any request for any change in exam centre, date and session allotted to candidates as shown in the admit card.
- The applicants are advised to visit the RRB website from time to time so that they do not miss any important notification related to the admit card or to the exam.
- Important details related to the exam such as center, date, time, etc will be printed on the admit card.

How to download RRB JE Admit Card 2023?
Candidates will be able to download their admit card for appearing in the RRB JE exam from the official website of the concerned RRB. The steps for downloading the RRB JE admit card 2023 are provided below.
- Go to the official website of the RRB from which you applied for the exam.
- Navigate the website to find the link for downloading the admit card.
- Click on this link and provide your registration number, password or any other details as asked on the screen.
- Once you submit the required details, you will be able to see your admit card on the screen.
- Click on the download button to download the admit card.
- After downloading, take a printout of the admit card to be carried to the exam center on the day of exam.
Important Documents
The candidates reporting to the exam center must carry the following documents along with them:
- RRB JE Admit Card 2023
- Any of the following documents in original as a proof of identity-
- Voter Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Printout of e-Aadhaar (not Xerox copy of Aadhaar)
- Driving License
- PAN card
- Passport
- Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. employee
- School/ College/ University Photo ID card
- One color photograph of size 35 mm x 45 mm same as the one uploaded in the application
Guidelines for candidates
- Candidates are advised to take multiple printouts of the admit card in order to protect it from loss or damage.
- Without fail, the admit card must be carried to the exam center or else the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
- The applicants must show on demand their admit card to the invigilator for verification.
- Candidates should leave blank spaces provided in the call letter for writing self-declaration paragraph, signature and left thumb impression unfilled while coming for the exam.
- The candidates should carefully read the instructions written on the admit card and follow them religiously.
- Admit card must be kept safe by the candidate till the selection process is completely over.
