LIC AAO Online Application Form 2022

Candidates, who are planning to apply for the LIC AAO exam in 2022 they can apply for the examination in online mode from March 2022 onwards.

Here, in this post, candidates have been given all the guidelines concerned with the LIC AAO online application form 2022.

How to Fill LIC AAO Application Form?

The online application form will be filled and submitted in two parts (Part-I and Part-II). Details of both parts of the online application have been given below.

Details about the PART-I Registration

• In the Part-I of the LIC AAO Application Form, candidates will be asked to provide the details about their name and their parents’ name.
• The information about the contact details such as the contact details (viz. local and permanent address, phone and mobile number and email ID as well).
• Other precise details will also be asked from the candidates to fill and submit online in the first part of the application form such as nationality, community, educational qualification, date of birth etc.
• After all the details are filled in the first part of the LIC AAO Examination, candidates need to click on ‘I agree’ button and submit that online.
• After submitting the application form online, candidates will be provided the registration number and the password.
• Candidates are suggested to save the registration number and the password of the application form. It would be best if they save the pdf file of the registered application form in the computer.

Details about the PART-II Registration

• After making the submission of all the details in the first part of the application form, candidates will be asked to fill and submit the details in the Part-II of the LIC AAO Application Form.
• In the Part-II of the application form, candidates first need to have their photo and signature scanned.
• Candidates need to make the submission of the scanned photo and signature in the part-II of online application form.
• The application fee shall also be submitted in the second part of the online application for.
• The application fee details are mentioned below.
• After the application fee is submitted, the application form’s submission will be done and as the form is submitted online, candidates at once need to save the application form in their computer for further reference.

For SC/ST/ PwBD candidates: Intimation Charges of Rs. 85/- +Transaction Charges +GST

For all other candidates: Application Fee-cum-Intimation Charges of Rs. 700/- +Transaction Charges + GST

Candidates can pay the application fee via online mode using debit card/ credit cards/ internet banking or IMPS, cash cards and mobile wallets.

Details about the Scanned Photo, Signature and hand-written declaration Image

• The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
• The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on a white paper with black or blue ink.
• The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on a white paper with black ink
• The signature, left thumb impression, and the handwritten declaration should be of the applicant
  and not by any other person.
• The signature will be used to put on the Call Letter and wherever necessary.
• If the Applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the examination, does not match the signature uploaded, the applicant will be disqualified.
• Signature / Handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.

Signature :

• Signature image in .jpg format
• Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
• Size of file should be between 10kb-20kb
• Size of the scanned image should not be more than 20kb

Left thumb impression:

The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on a white paper with black or blue ink.

The handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person.

• Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 3 cm * 3 cm

• File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB

Hand-written declaration:

• Handwritten declaration content is to be as expected.
• The handwritten declaration should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
• The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on a white paper with black or blue ink.
• The handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person.

Hand written Declaration

• File type: jpg / jpeg
• Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width *Height)
• File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB
