JK SET 2022 is a state level exam to be conducted and managed by the University of Kashmir. The candidates willing to work as an Assistant Professor in the various colleges and Universities in the state of Jammu and Kashmir can apply for the exam. This exam will be scheduled in Srinagar and Jammu. Eligible candidates will be required to register themselves online in order to apply for the exam. JK SET 2022 Application Form
- The application form for JK SET 2022 will be accessible online from the official website of University of Kashmir.
- Applicants have to provide their personal, academic and contact details in the application form and upload a scanned copy of recent passport size photo and signature.
- Candidates also need to choose the subject and preferable exam center for the exam.
- Keep the printout of duly filled application form for the future reference.
- After filling the application form candidates have to submit the application fee only via online method.

JK SET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must have a UGC recognized Master’s degree with at least 55% marks. Candidates appearing in the final year exam are also eligible.
- Candidates having Ph.D. degree and completed Master’s degree before 19th September 1992 will be eligible for 5% relaxation in qualifying exam marks.
- Candidates are advised to apply for the subject of their Master’s degree only.
- Aspirants who have already qualified the SLET/UGC/NET/CSIR JRF will be exempted from the JK SET 2022 exam.
- It is not necessary for an applicant to be a permanent resident of the Jammu and Kashmir state.
JK SET 2022 Exam Pattern
The exam of JK SET 2022 will be consisting of 3 Papers having objective types of questions only. The details about these three papers are given in the table below:

JK SET 2022 Admit Card
The admit card of JK SET 2022 will be released on the official website of the university. All the important details regarding exam such as venue, timing and instructions will be mentioned on the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without a valid admit card.
JK SET 2022 Result
The result will be published on the official website in the month of June 2022. A category and subject wise merit list will be prepared by the authorities after the exam. The minimum marks required to be considered for the merit list are as follows:
