IBPS Clerk 2021 application form has been released now. IBPS Clerk 2021 exam will be conducted in order to select the candidates for clerical cadre posts in the participating organizations. IBPS Clerk 2021 Quick Notes
- Candidates must provide valid and active email id and phone number in their application form as they may be used by the authorities for communication.
- No offline mode for filling and submission of application form or application fee will be provided.
- The candidates can apply for vacancies in any one state/ UT only.
- Proficiency in the official language of the state/ UT for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
- Candidates can opt for pre-exam training by indicating this choice in their application form.
- A photo identity card must be carried by the candidates while reporting for the online examinations.
- Issuance of offer of appointment, formalities for verification, joining etc. is solely the decision of the Participating Organizations.

IBPS Clerk 2021 Eligibility Criteria
The following candidates are eligible to appear for IBPS Clerk 2021 exam:
Nationality:
The candidates should be either:
- Citizen of India or subject of Nepal or Bhutan
- Tibetan Refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962 for permanently settling in India
- Person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam for permanently settling in India
Age limit:
- The lower age limit is 20 years and upper age should not exceed 28 years as on 1st September 2021.
Relaxation will be given in upper age limit as per the following:

Qualification:
- The candidates should have completed their graduation from a recognized university in any discipline.
- Candidates should have certificate/ diploma/ degree in computer language or should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in High School/ College.
- Applicants must hold a valid mark sheet/ degree certificate on the day of online registration.
- Matriculate ex-servicemen who have obtained the Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force after completing not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union are eligible too.
IBPS Clerk 2021 Application Form
Application form for IBPS Clerk 2021 has been released on the official website of IBPS www.ibps.in. Candidates should keep all the important documents ready before applying for the exam.
- In the application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, category, email id, phone number, etc.
- Academic details such as qualifying exam percentage of marks, university name, passing year, etc will be asked in the application form.
- Candidates’ photograph and signature in scanned format will be uploaded in the application form.
- Once all the details are entered in the form, the candidates should thoroughly check the data to make sure there are no errors.
- The application form correct and complete in every way can now be submitted along with the required application fee.
Application fee:
- The payment of application fee can be done online using by credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ IMPS/ Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
- Application fee will be Rs. 600/- for General/ OBC candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM candidates.

Admit Card
- The candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official IBPS website using their registration number and password/ date of birth.
- The centre, venue address, date and time of the exam will be intimated through the admit card/ call letter.
- Admit card for preliminary and mains exam will be released separately depending on the candidates’ eligibility.
- There will be an additional call letter for the scribe for the main examination.
- No admit card will be sent to the candidates through courier, post, etc and will only be available online.
Result & Selection
- Result of both preliminary and main exam will be declared in online mode on the IBPS website www.ibps.in.
- Candidates who clear the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the main exam.
- Merit list for selection will be prepared for the candidates on the basis of marks scored in the main exam.
- A minimum cut-off in each section of the main exam as well as overall cut-off marks should be obtained by the candidates in order to qualify the exam.
- Selection of the candidates will be subject to verification of documents and eligibility.
- Provisional allotment in the different participating organizations will be done on a merit-cum-preference basis.
Important Documents
The following documents in original and self-attested photocopies are to be invariably submitted at the time of joining:
- Hardcopy of the online application form
- Proof of date of birth (birth certificate issued by the competent authority or class 10th certificate)
- Photo identify proof
- Mark sheets & certificates of Graduation or equivalent
- Document from board/ university stating that the result was declared on or before the specified date
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the case of SC/ ST/ OBC candidates
- Disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board in case of PwD candidates
- Relevant certificate by the ex-servicemen candidates
- Relevant certificate by dependents of servicemen killed or severely disabled
- No Objection Certificate by the candidates serving in Government/ Quasi Government/ Public Sector Undertakings
