Candidates can request Central Board of Secondary Education for a duplicate copy of Mark statements and eligibility certificate through making payment of the prescribed fee in the form of demand draft in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Delhi.
Time Taken By CBSE to Issue Duplicate Document
The Central Board of Secondary Education takes 14 working days in order to issue documents of candidates. Candidates will have to make payment of Rs.200/- + Rs. 35/- (Postal Charges) for each document. Candidates need to fill up an application form for duplicate mark statement/certificates. You can access the application form either by following the manual approach I’m prescribing below or through the direct link mentioned below.
Manual Process to Access Application Form for Duplicate Documents
- First of all, candidates need to go to the official admission portal of Central Teacher Eligibility Test i.e. http://ctet.nic.in/.
- At the bottom right corner, you’ll find the link for “Issue of Duplicate Documents”.
- Simply click that link. After clicking that link you will be redirected to the application form.

Following documents will be required for issuing of duplicate mark statement:
- Demand draft along with applica….tion form which should be made in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any Nationalized Bank and payable at Delhi.
- CTET admit card photocopy, if available.
