  • After having photo and signature scanned, candidates need to open career page on the official website of SBI. Here candidates will get the link to apply for the SBI SO exam 2021.
  • Candidates need to click on ‘apply online’ link.
  • Then open the link which will be read as ‘click here for new registration’.
  • Upload scanned photo and signature on the application form.
  • Fill all the required details in the SBI SO Application Form as name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID etc.
  • Now click on the online apply link given below.
  • Submit the online application fee and then submit the application form.
  • Candidates will be issued a registration number and system generated password. Candidates need to take the printout of the application form for further reference.

What details candidates need to make input of in the SBI SO Application form 2021?

SBI SO application form will be available online on the official website of SBI and candidates while filling the application form will submit their information in the application form.

Candidates will provide the details regarding their name, parents’ name, date of birth and their educational qualifications in the application form.

Details about Scanned Photo and Signature

Candidates will have to submit their scanned photo and signature before they submit their application form online. The size of the photo and scanned signature should be as provided below-

  • The dimensions of candidates scanned photo should be of 200 x 230 pixels.
  • The size of candidate’s photo should not be smaller than 20Kb and greater than 50 Kb.
  • Applicants’ signature should be in capital letter and on white paper with black ink pen.
  • Applicants’ signature should be signed by the applicants themselves.
  • When the SBI SO examination shall be commenced, it is very mandatory for applicants to match their signature on the answer script to the signature which they have made on the registration form.
  • Proportions of the signature should be of 140 x 60 pixels.
  • Size of file of scanned signature should be stuck between 10Kb to 20Kb.

How to make the Payment of Application Fee?

  • Before submitting the SBI SO application form 2021, applicant will pay mandatory application fees through the payment gateway incorporated with the application form.
  • Candidates can make the payment by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking. Transaction charge will be borne by the applicant.
  • After finishing the transaction, candidate’s application form will be submitted and they will be provided system generated registration number and password.
  • Candidates will have to register again in case their registration fails to be submitted online.

Note: Candidates, who are applying for the Deputy General Manager then you need to send your duly-filled application along with (i) ID proof (ii) DIB proof (iii) Educational certificate/mark sheets (iv) Experience certificates (v) Brief resume must be sent to “State Bank of India, Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, Corporate Centre, 3rd floor, Atlanta Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021” by post before the given deadline.

ID Proof to be shown at the time of SBI SO examination

  • The candidates need to bring one photo identity proof such as Passport/Adhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/Identity Card issued by School or College/ in original along with a self-attested photocopy thereof.

The photocopy of identity proof will be submitted along with the call letter to the invigilators in the examination hall. Candidates will not be permitted to appear in the examination if they fail to bring the ID proof with them at the time of examination and the SBI SO application form 2021 will go in vain.
