- The size of candidate’s photo should not be smaller than 20Kb and greater than 50 Kb.
- Applicants’ signature should be in capital letter and on white paper with black ink pen.
- Applicants’ signature should be signed by the applicants themselves.
- When the SBI SO examination shall be commenced, it is very mandatory for applicants to match their signature on the answer script to the signature which they have made on the registration form.
- Proportions of the signature should be of 140 x 60 pixels.
- Size of file of scanned signature should be stuck between 10Kb to 20Kb.
How to make the Payment of Application Fee?
- Before submitting the SBI SO application form 2021, applicant will pay mandatory application fees through the payment gateway incorporated with the application form.
- Candidates can make the payment by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking. Transaction charge will be borne by the applicant.
- After finishing the transaction, candidate’s application form will be submitted and they will be provided system generated registration number and password.

ID Proof to be shown at the time of SBI SO examination
- The candidates need to bring one photo identity proof such as Passport/Adhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/Identity Card issued by School or College/ in original along with a self-attested photocopy thereof.
The photocopy of identity proof will be submitted along with the call letter to the invigilators in the examination hall. Candidates will not be permitted to appear in the examination if they fail to bring the ID proof with them at the time of examination and the SBI SO application form 2021 will go in vain.
