JNUEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for JNU admissions 2023 are different for different courses. Given below are the criteria for admission to some of the courses are given below.
PG Courses
- Master of Computer Applications – The candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with adequate competence in Mathematics under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 55% marks.
- M.Sc. Physics: Bachelor’s degree (with Physics as one of the subjects) under the 10+2+3 pattern of education with 55% marks in the aggregate (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combined), or in Physics Honours. Applicants with B.Tech. (or equivalent) (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer) with 55% marks or equivalent can also apply.
- M.Sc. Mathematics: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics under the 10+2+3/4 system with at least 55% marks or equivalent, Or B.Tech or B.E. in any of the Engineering disciplines with a CGPA of at least 6.0 out of 10.0 (or equivalent percentage).
- M.Sc. Chemistry: Bachelor’s degree (with Chemistry as one of the subjects) under the 10+2+3 pattern of education with 55% marks in the aggregate (or in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics combined), or in Chemistry Honours. Applicants with B.Tech degree (or equivalent) in Chemical/Polymer/Petroleum Engineering with 55% marks or equivalent can also apply.
- MA (Sanskrit): Bachelor’s Degree in Sanskrit or in any other subject under (10+2+3) pattern of education with at least 45% marks.
- MA (Disaster Management): Bachelor’s degree in any social sciences /natural sciences/ any other professional stream with 55% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
UG Courses
- B.A. (HONS.) (Entry point – 1st year): Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks.
- B.Sc.-M.Sc. Integrated program in Ayurveda Biology: At least Senior School Certificate (10+2) or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
JNU 2023 Application Form
The admission to JNU UG programme will be based on CUET UG score. So, the candidates who are looking to apply need to submit the application form through the official website of CUET U. The complete application process is explained in the steps given below.
- First of all, the candidates have to visit the official website of the CUET UG and begin the registration process.
- In order to register, aspirants need to provide some of their basic details including name, phone number, email address, etc.
- After that, candidates are required to login using the login credentials generated after registration.
- In the next step, aspirants need to enter their complete educational, personal, and contact details.
- The details entered in the application form must be accurate. Otherwise, the application form might get rejected.
- Apart from this, candidates also need to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature.
- While submitting the application form, aspirants also need to pay the required application fee.

JNU Admission 2023 Selection Criteria
- The criteria of selection depend upon the course for which you are looking to apply.
- For the majority of courses offered at Jawaharlal Nehru University, admission is offered directly after the result for JNUEE exam is declared. However, in some of the courses candidates need to further appear for viva-voce in order to be shortlisted for admission in the course of their choice.

JNU 2023 Result/ Merit List
- After conducting the exam, authorities will declare the result in online mode.
- Students will be able to check the result by entering their registration details.
- Based on the result, authorities will release the merit list for admission to different courses.
- Those candidates who will get their names in the merit list will be invited to the counselling process.
