Jharkhand ITI Admission 2023- Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) is the authority responsible for managing the Jharkhand ITI Admission 2023. Jharkhand ITI Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates who are looking to apply for ITI admission should check and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria given below.


  • The candidates who are the natives of the Jharkhand are eligible to apply only.

Educational Qualification

  • The education qualification requirement depends upon trade that the candidate is opting for.
    • Candidates applying for the post of Welder, Carpenter, Seat metal worker, wireman trade, Mason (Building Constructor) must have the class 8th examination.
    • For the rest of the trades, the candidates must have passed the class 10th examination from a recognized board.
    • Those students who will appear for the qualifying exam in the year 2023 are also eligible.


  • The minimum age to apply for the Jharkhand ITI Admission 2023 is 14 years.
  • The candidates should not be older than 40 years at the time of admission.

Note: The widow of Military personnel killed in military operations will get 5 years relaxation in the upper age.

Medical Fitness

  • The candidates should be medically fit in order to pursue the course.
  • All the aspirants are required to furnish a medical certificate at the time of admission.

  • General / EWS / BC-I / BC-II candidate – Rs.400/-
  • SC / ST / Women of all category – Rs.200/-

Mode of payment: The application fee should be paid in online mode using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.

Jharkhand ITI Admission 2023 Merit List

  • Once the application form submission gets over, authorities will upload the merit on the official website.
  • The merit list will be prepared solely based on the marks secured in the class 8th and 10th exam.
  • Candidates who will submit the application form along with the fees in a prescribed manner will be able to check their names in Jharkhand ITI Merit list.
  • While preparing the merit list, authorities will also provide the benefits of reservations to the candidates from reserved category.
