IPU CET Law 2022: Application Form, Syllabus, Eligibility, Date

IPUCET Law 2022 will be conducted with the aim of selecting candidates for admissions into the law degree courses. Separate entrance exams will be conducted for enrolment into bachelor’s (BA.LLB & BBA.LLB) and master’s (LLM) degree programmes. The candidates who aspire to appear in this exam can submit their application in online mode. It is expected that the application form will be released in the month of February 2022.

IPUCET Law Eligibility Criteria 2022

The following eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by the candidates who wish to apply for the IPUCET Law 2022 exam:

For LLB courses: The candidate should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and have also passed in the subject of English.

For LLM courses: The applicants who have earned their LLB degree from an institute as recognized by the Bar Council of India or an equivalent law degree from a Foreign University, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

IPUCET Law Application Form 2022

The interested candidates can fill and submit the IPUCET Law 2022 application form in online mode. The form will be made available on the official website of the University www.ipu.ac.in. The candidates will have to provide their personal details, qualification details, contact details, etc into the application form. The important documents such as photograph, signature, etc will also be uploaded into the application form in scanned format. The filled-in application form can then be submitted along with the application fee of Rs. 1000/-. A registration id will be generated after the process of application submission is over. The applicants should take a printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for future reference.

The exam pattern for the IPUCET Law exam is provided below to help the aspiring candidates in gaining familiarity with the exam.

IPUCET Law Syllabus 2022

The syllabus for the LLB entrance exam will cover basic topics such as English, General Awareness, Legal Reasoning and Aptitude. The LLM entrance exam syllabus will be based on the topics studied by the candidates during the LLB degree course along with Basic English and General Awareness.

How to prepare for IPUCET Law 2022?

The basic preparation tips that can be followed by the candidates preparing for the CET are provided below:

IPUCET Law 2022 Admit Card

The IPUCET Law admit card 2022 will be released around 5 days before the commencement of the exam. The candidates can download their admit card using their unique login id and password generated at the time of application submission. The candidates should take two printouts of their admit card- one to keep with them and other to hand over to the invigilator at the time of exam. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall without a valid admit card. Candidate must preserve their admit card till the admission procedure is over.

IPUCET Law 2022 Result

The IPUCET Law result 2022 will be declared by the University on its official website. The result for LLB and LLM CET will be announced separately. The candidates will be able to check their result by login into their account. A merit list of the qualified candidates will be prepared and they will be invited to participate in the counseling process as per the merit list.

IPUCET Law Counseling 2022

The selected candidates whose name appears in the merit list will be called to take part in the counseling process. The counseling for IPUCET LAW 2022 admission will be done in offline mode and the candidates will have to report to the counseling venue. The details of the counseling such as date, time, venue, etc will be communicated to the qualified candidates through official website. A counseling processing fee of Rs 1000/- will be required at the time of counseling.
