Process to Apply
If you are actually interested to get admission to PhD Programmes at IITB-Monash Research Academy then you need to follow some steps we are specifying below:
- The first step of registration includes obtaining the EOI forms and filling up the same by providing information related to candidate’s educational background and other basic information. Once the EOI forms will be accepted by the conducting body, candidates will be notified regarding the same via email.
- After acceptance of EOI form, candidates will get a unique FAN number. It is the second step of verification and here candidates will be allowed to download the Form ‘A’ and upload their certificates, publications, project details etc.
Note: Candidates will be allowed to use FAN number only once and hence we advise candidates to keep all documents ready before starting the second step of registration.

Selection Procedure
Based on EOI candidates will be shortlisted for the interview process. Candidates appear in Interview will be notified regarding their selection through email.
