All GATE qualified candidates, fulfilling the eligibility norms of IIT Delhi, are required to apply for M.Tech programme before the mentioned deadline. IIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria
- E/B.Tech/M.Sc or its equivalent with 75% marks or 8.5 CGPA.
- Candidates should have genuine GATE exam 2021 or GATE exam 2022 score.
- Candidates who have cleared AMIE or Grad are also eligible to apply. IETE qualifications would be considered based on candidates’ performance in AMIE/Grad IETE.
- Candidates who have obtained B.Tech degree from an IIT with securing a CGPA of 8.0 or above are exempted from appearing in GATE exam.

IIT Delhi M.Tech 2022 Application Form
- First of all, candidates need to complete the registration procedure.
- Use your Email-ID as username and provide a password of at least 6 characters to log in.
- A unique application number will be generated after submission of the application form.
- Application number will be used at the time of fee payment.
- Application fee should be paid in online mode by using “State Bank Collect” utility of State Bank of India.
- Candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form and keep its one copy safe for further references.
- Application form status can be checked after a week or so.
Application Fee: Rs 200 (Rs 50 for SC/ST) plus additional bank charges as applicable.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be first shortlisted based on their GATE 2021 to 2022 score and thereafter they will be called to appear for written test and a personal interview.
