Eligibility Criteria for Department of Humanities and Social Sciences

Candidates should age complete M.Sc/M.A/M.Phil degree along with subjects namely Sociology / Philosophy (Indian Philosophy, Ethics, Philosophy of Science and Analytical Philosophy) / Anthropology / Archaeology /Modern Indian History/ Prehistory / Ancient Indian History (Cultural Heritage Studies) / Paleoanthropology / Geography/ Gender studies or its associated areas.

Eligibility Criteria for Department of Mathematical Sciences

Candidates should have cleared one of the exams from CSIR-UGC-NET/ GATE/NBHM-JRF with Mathematics. Besides, candidates should have obtained DST-INSPIRE fellowship.

Eligibility Criteria for Department of Chemical Sciences

Candidates should hold M.Sc degree with Physics or Chemistry along with at least 55% of marks. Along with candidates hold a genuine GATE/ NET/ DST-Inspire fellowship in Physics or Chemistry.

Eligibility Criteria for Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences

Candidates should hold B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in Chemistry/Physics/Earth and Environmental Sciences/Atmospheric Science. Besides, candidates also hold a genuine CSIR-UGC-NET/ GATE/ DST-Inspire fellowship.

Eligibility Criteria for Department of Physical Sciences

Candidates should have achieved Master degree in Physics or Master/Bachelor degrees in Engineering are eligible to apply. Candidates also have a genuine CSIR-UGC-NET/ GATE/ JEST/ DST-Inspire fellowship in Physics.

Eligibility Criteria for Department of Biological Sciences

Candidates should hold B.Tech/ M.Sc/ MBBS/ M. Tech or its equivalent degree from a recognized university. Besides, candidates also have CSIR-UGC-NET/GATE/ JGEEBILS (TIFR/ NCBS)/ DST-Inspire fellowship/ DBT/ ICMR.
