IISc Exam Pattern

IISc Admission Process

Details regarding IISc admission process are as follows:

For undergraduate program: Candidates will get selected based on their score in JEE Main and JEE advanced. The minimum marks scored by candidates in JEE Main for different categories are as follows:

For general category candidates: 60%

For OBS: 54%

For SC/ST/PH: 30%

The minimum marks scored by candidates in JEE advanced are as follows:

For general category candidates: 60%

For OBC: 54%

For SC/ST/PH candidates: 30%

For PhD program: Candidates will get selected based on their score in JAM exam.

For ME/M.Tech/M Des program: candidates will be selected based on GATE score.
