IIMC Entrance Exam 2023: Application Form, Eligibility, Exam Date

IIMC Entrance exam 2023: Indian Institute of Mass communication will conduct IIMC Entrance exam for offering admission to PG Diploma courses such as English and Hindi journalism, Advertising and PR relations, Radio and TV journalism and Odia journalism for the academic session 2023-24.

IIMC 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Academic qualification

• Aspirant should have done graduation in any discipline
• Candidates appearing for their final year examinations or waiting for the results can also appear for the entrance exam, provided they should submit final year mark sheet/provisional certificate by month of admission year.

Age limit

• For general category the maximum age limit for candidates will be 25 years
• For SC/ST/Physically handicapped, upper age limit will be 20 years.
• For OBC, Age limit will be 22 years.

IIMC 2023 Application Form: How to apply

Application can be done online as well as offline.

Online application

• Visit the official website link i.e. www.iimc.nic.in
• Click on link online filling available on the webpage.
• Now fill all required details carefully and accurately.
• After filling the details, proceed for payment gateway. Application fee can be paid via demand draft, drawn in favor of registrar, IIMC New Delhi.
• Candidates have to upload the scanned copy of recent photograph and signature in given fields as per instructions.
• Take the printout of duly filled application form and send the same to head department of Delhi.

Offline application

Candidates can obtain the application form the designated center or campus by paying the required application fees. Fill the important details mentioned in form and send the same to head quarter of Delhi before due date.

There will be no fixed exam pattern of IIMC Entrance exam. Candidates will be evaluated on the following aspects.

Admit card

Indian Institute of Mass Communication will release the admit card to only those eligible candidates who have done successful registration with fee payment on time. Candidates can download their admit card online through official website link by following below steps:

• Open official link for downloading of admit card.
• Select the course and enter your unique id and DOB.
• Click on submit button and watch for the download admit card link
• Click that link and admit card/hall ticket will be shortly displayed on your computer screen.
• Save and print the hall ticket to appear in the entrance exam.

IIMC 2023 Result

Indian Institute of Mass communication will release the result of candidates who have successfully appeared in the entrance exam. Candidates can check and download their result online from official website.

Admission Process

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of combined marks scored by the applicants’ common written entrance exam and in the personal interview/ group discussion.
