IIIT Allahabad PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria

We advise candidates to go through the IIIT Allahabad PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria we are mentioning below. All interested candidates need to verify whether they are eligible or not through below specified eligibility criteria:

• Candidates should have obtained first class in the 10^th, 10+2 and 60% marks or 6.5 CPI (55% marks or 6.0 CPI for SC/ST category candidates) in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
• Candidates interested to get admission to PhD in Management they must hold PGDBM/MBA degree. Candidates from IT background will be preferred.
• Candidates interested to get admission to PhD in Electronics & Communication Engineering; Information Technology should have M.Tech or its equivalent degree along with valid GATE score.
• Candidates interested to get admission to PhD in Applied Sciences and Bioinformatics should have completed either M.Sc in CS/ IT/Bio-Tech./ Life Sciences/ Bioinformatics/Statistics/Physics/ Mathematics or M.Tech. Candidates also have a valid GATE score.
• There will be some relaxation for candidates secured exceptionally good marks in GATE/ JRF/ CSIR/ICAR/ INSPIRE Fellowship/ DST/Publications.

IIIT Allahabad PhD Admission Application Form: How to Apply?

• Candidates are required to visit the official website for obtaining the application form.
• For General/OBC candidates, the application fee is Rs. 500/- and for SC/ST category candidates, it is Rs. 250/-. The payment can be done through net banking.
• Finally the filled application form along with two reference letter in the requisite format and supportive document should be reached to In-Charge Ph.D cell at IIIT, Allahabad latest by October
