About IGNOU School of Tourism and Hospitality Service Management (SOTHSM)
Established in the year 2007, School of Tourism Hospitality Service Sectoral Management (SOTHSM) is the most hunted school of study at IGNOU. It is affiliated to Indira Gandhi National Open University and approved by UGC. The school was launched with a major focus to make a knowledgeable society by offering inclusive education. SOTHSM of IGNOU willingly organizes capacity – building training programs, management development programs and entrepreneurial development programs at various levels separately as well as in association with national and international institutions, industries and organizations.
The major collaboration of the SOTHSM is with the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) in which M.Sc & B.Sc courses are being offered through dual-mode since 2002.
