The Advanced Certificate in Power Distribution Management has been introduced by IGNOU in order to spread information about the continuing developments and reforms in the Indian Power Distributor sector. It was started in the collaboration with the Ministry of Power, USAID-India and the Power Finance Corporation under the Distribution Reform Upgrades and Management (DRUM).
