IGNOU OPENMAT Application Form 2021: Important Highlights

• Candidates need to send the fresh application to Regional Centre with necessary testimonials, fee and Identity card.
• Candidates must note that there is no request of changing your mailing address will be entertained by the authority till the admission process gets finished.
• Incomplete applications/applications received after the notified deadline, are liable to be rejected by the authority.
• Handbook and Prospectus will be only applicable to candidates staying in India.
• Candidates need to submit requisite documents as proof of their eligibility.

Instructions to Fill up OPENMAT 2021 Application Form

• Insert the code of the Study Centre from where you’re interested to attend counselling. Thereafter, provide info regarding Region centre code, where it falls and State code to which you belong.

• In case you were previously admitted to the management programme after clearing the entrance exam then you need to fill up Enrollment number and appropriate Programme Code (DIM/PGDIM/MP).
• Candidates should be very careful while choosing courses for study in each semester. A programme once opted should not be repeated. Making change in option of a course is allowed.
• All information furnished by you in the application form should be genuine enough to satisfy your eligibility.

Checklist Before Sending your Application Form to IGNOU

• You need to affix your photograph and put signature on it.
• Follow document should be enclosed:

1. Self-attested copies of educational documents.
2. Self-attested copy of IGNOU’s Grade card.

• Experience certificate, wherever necessary.

1. Identity card.

• Candidates need to enclose the demand draft amounting Rs.1500/- for each course. Please confirm that you’ve written your name, programme code and address at back side of the demand draft.
• Demand draft should be in favour of IGNOU and payable at the city where your Regional Centre is situated.
