Commerce/ Arts graduates with diploma in food science/ hotel management disciplines viz. dairy technology, fruits and vegetables, meat technology, pulses and oilseeds, cereal etc. with at least five years’ experience in Food Quality Control/ Food Processing/ Hotel Management (food catering/ food preparation) and out of which 2 years’ experience should be in quality control activities.

Application form: How to apply for admission?

Interested and eligible candidate can apply for any of the above-said courses through online as well as offline modes. For online application, candidates need to visit the official website link i.e. https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/. In case of offline application, candidates can obtain the common prospectus along with form from the Registrar, SRD, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi- New Delhi (110068) and also from all the regional centers of IGNOU against the payment of the prescribed applicable fee for the particular course in which they are looking for admission. Candidate should submit the filled-in application form along with the prescribed course fee to the concerned Regional Centre on or before the due date. Please write your name and address on the backside of the DD. An electronic version of the prospectus and fee payment is also available at the official website of IGNOU at http://www.ignou.ac.in. Candidates should note that, the filled-in application forms submitted at concerned Regional Centres after the due dates will be entertained for admission in the next session.
