IGNOU D.El.Ed Admission 2022: Eligibility, How to Apply, Fee

IGNOU Diploma (School of Education): Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course through the School of Education which candidates can pursue to make their career in the teaching field. Eligibility Criteria

The details of the eligibility criteria have been given in the following points:

• Untrained permanent teachers can apply for admission who have passed 10+2 standard examination from a recognized secondary school affiliated to the State or Central board.
• Candidates must have attained a minimum 50% marks at the higher secondary level education.
• Aspirants must have taught at the primary and elementary level (standard I to VIII) in any recognized.
• In addition to that, the teachers must have gained a minimum two years of teaching experience at the admission time.

How to apply for Admission?

• Candidates can apply either through the online or offline mode.
• Applicants will have to fill in the information as asked in the online application form.
• The application form will be available on the official website of the IGNOU.
• Candidates can apply offline also and to do so they just need to submit the duly filled in application form at the authorized IGNOU centre.

Fee Details

The fee details of the diploma course have been given below:

• Candidates will have to pay the admission fee at the time of the admission.
• They can pay the admission fee via Demand Draft (DD) only.
• The DD needs to be drawn in the favour of IGNOU payable at the IGNOU’s Regional Centre.
