- Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor in Management of Accounting & Finance has been developed with the modular approach in order to develop skills and abilities of the candidates in the area of Finance and Cost Accounting.
- These bachelor programmes are meant to provide learners with the important conceptual and methodical expertise required for management of the business operations.
Bachelor’s Programmes offered by the SOMS and Eligibility Criteria and the Fee amount
Candidates, who have completed their higher secondary education, are eligible to take admission in the IGNOU’s school of management. Candidates, who have completed 10+2/equivalent based on themerit of physically fit candidates and passed the personal interview conducted by the Regional Director, at the regional centrebefore selection of candidates. Candidates’ attributes like their Appearance, ability to communicate, attitudeand mental alertness, general awarenesswill be judged in the interview.
Each of the attributeswill carry maximum of 10 marks. Candidatesare required to secure at least 25 out of 50 to qualify.
- Candidates, who wish to take admission to pursue the Bachelor’s programme in Commerce, are required to pay the course fee at the time of admission.
- The IGNOU’s regional study centres will take the fee deposit through the Demand Draft.
- Candidates must have ensured that the demand draft which they have been issued by the bank is in the name of IGNOU which must be payable at the IGNOU’s respective Regional Study Centre.
