Age and Nationality Criteria

Candidates’ minimum age should be 16 years as on 31.8.2021.  

Educational Qualification

• Candidates should have cleared 10+2 or senior secondary examination from Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and any one of the subjects from Mathematics/Biology/Home Science/Agriculture.
• Candidates those are looking for admission in the university situated in non-Hindi speaking areas they must have studied English as a core subject in 10+2 exam.
• Candidates those have completed Intermediate with Agriculture but didn’t study Chemistry and Physics as individual subject may get admission to some SAUs located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
• Candidates belonging to General/OBC/UPS categories need to secure at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam whereas, SC/ST/PC category candidates are required to score minimum 40% marks.
• Appearing candidates can apply but they will have to submit the evidence as per the norms within the given deadline.
