ICAR AIEEA 2023: UG, PG & SRF(PGS) Application Form Online (out), Eligibility & Exam Date

NTA will conduct ICAR AIEEA 2023 to shortlist candidates for admission into different agricultural and related institutes in the country. Entrance exams will be held for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral degree Programme & award of JRF/SRF (PGS). The application form to appear in ICAR AIEEA 2023 PG has been released on 22nd May 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can fill and submit their application form through online mode. The entrance exams will also be conducted as computer-based examination.

Latest: ICAR AIEEA 2023 application form for PG course has been released on 22nd May 2023.

The last date to apply for ICAR AIEEA 2023 has been extended till 30th March 2023. ICAR AIEEA UG admission will be based on CUET score. 

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Major Highlights

• The candidates must ensure their eligibility criteria before applying for the admission process.
• No mode other than online will be provided for application submission, downloading admit card or giving the exam.
• The official website to apply for ICAR AIEEA UG, PG and JRF/SRF(PGS) is http://www.ntaicar.nic.in/.
• Only one application is allowed to be submitted by one candidate.
• Request for rectification in the admit card should be made by reaching the help line.
• Recorded responses of all the candidates along with answer key will be published on the official website prior to declaration of result.
• Failing to complete registration for counseling or reporting for admission on time will render the candidates disqualified.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The following are the basic eligibility criteria that should be fulfilled for ICAR AIEEA 2023:

For UG course:

• The minimum age of the candidates should not be less than 16 years as on 31^st August 2023.
• Candidates should have cleared their class 12^th exam from a recognized board with not less than 50% marks for General, OBC (NCL), UPS, EWS categories and 40% marks for SC, ST, Transgender, PWD categories in aggregate.

For PG course:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Application Form

The application form for ICAR AIEEA 2023 has been released on the official website of the NTA. Those who meet the eligibility requirements for admissions can fill and submit their application forms through online mode.

• To fill the application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal details such as name, category, date of birth, gender, etc.
• Academic details related to the qualifying exam and others such as passing year, marks obtained, board name, etc will also asked in the application form.
• Photograph and signature of the candidates in scanned format will also be uploaded in the application form.
• Duly filled application form, complete in every respect, can then be submitted along with the required application fee.
• Care must be taken to provide only correct details in the form or else it might get rejected.
• The candidates are suggested to keep a printout of the filled in application form in case of for future use.

Application fee:

Payment of application fee can be done through two modes:

• Online using debit card/ credit card, net banking and Unified Payment Interface (UPI) in SBI Bank/ ICICI Bank/ HDFC Bank/ Syndicate Bank
• Cash Deposit through e-challan at SBI/ Syndicate Bank Branches

Category-wise application fee for both UG and PG exams are provided below:

For UG courses:

• For General, OBC (NCL), UPS, EWS candidates: Rs. 700/-
• For SC, ST, Transgender, PWD candidates: Rs. 350/-

For PG courses:

• For General, OBC (NCL), UPS, EWS candidates: Rs. 1000/-
• For SC, ST, Transgender, PWD candidates: Rs. 500/-

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern overview for ICAR AIEEA 2023 is given below:

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Admit Card

• The admit card for appearing in the UG and PG exams will be available for download on the official website of NTA.
• On the admit card the name, date of birth, gender, etc of the candidate and details of exam center like date, time and center will be published.
• Applicants without a valid admit card will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
• In case the candidates are unable to download the admit card they should immediately approach the help line.

ICAR AIEEA Answer Key and Challenges

• The NTA will display the answer key of the questions on its official website for three days.
• Candidates not satisfied with the answer key can challenge it online on payment of Rs. 1000/- per question.
• NTA will look at the challenges made and make the necessary rectification and release the answer key.
• Decision of NTA on the challenges will be final and the result will be declared on the basis of final answer keys.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Result

• The result of the entrance exam will be made available on the official website of ICAR.
• Overall as well as category-wise merit lists of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in entrance test.
• Further rounds of admission like counseling, seat allotment, etc of the candidates will be carried out on the basis of merit list.
• No request for re-evaluation of the answers will be entertained after the declaration of result.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Counseling & Admission

• Counseling of the qualified candidates will be held only through online mode.
• The candidates will have to register themselves for the counseling by visiting the official ICAR website.
• Choice for course, institute, etc should be provided by the candidates at the time of online counseling.
• Seats will be allotted to the candidates as per their choice and their merit.
• Such candidates need to report to the allotted institutes to get their documents verified and complete admission formalities.
