The Indian Agriculture Research Institute (IARI) will offer the interested candidates admissions into its masters’ degree and Ph.D degree programmes. The candidates will have to appear for entrance exam conducted by the institute to be considered for admissions. IARI Admission 2022 Exam Pattern
The entrance exam pattern for IARI Admission is given below:
For Ph.D courses:
The weightage for entrance examination will be 80%. The candidates will have to appear for entrance examination consisting of one paper of three parts: Part I (General Agriculture) and Part II & III (Subject Paper).
IARI Admission 2022 Application Form
The IARI Admission application form 2022 will be released on the official website of the institute. The candidates will have to provide their important personal and academic details into the application form. The candidates must submit their duly-filled application form on or before the last date. The candidates whose applications are not received before the last date will not be considered and no request will be entertained in this regard. The candidates whose applications are received successfully will be receiving their admit card for appearing in the exam. In order to complete the process of IARI Admission registration 2022, the candidates will also have to submit a prescribed amount of application fee. The application fee for Ph.D courses will be Rs 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PC/CWSF category candidates) and can be paid through NEFT from any branch of nationalized Bank.
IARI Admission Eligibility Criteria 2022
The candidates must fulfill the following IARI Admission 2022 eligibility criteria:
- For PG degree courses: The aspiring candidates should have passed the bachelor degree exam from a recognized university in the relevant discipline. A minimum aggregate of 6.60 out of 10.00/ 3.25 out of 5.00/ 2.60/ out of 4.00 is required for General, OBC (NCL) and UPS category candidates and 5.60 out of 10.00/ 2.75 out of 5.00/ 2.20 out of 4.00 scale is required for SC/ ST/ PC category candidates.
- For Ph.D courses: The candidates should have completed their bachelor’s degree programmes under 10+2+4 or 10+2+3 or 10+1+4 pattern. The candidates must have done M.Sc in relevant field and obtained at least 60% marks/ OGPA 7.50 out of 10.00/ 3.75 out of 5.00/ 3.00 out of 4.00/ 2.25 out of 3.00 (for SC/ ST/ PH candidates: 55% marks/ OGPA 6.88 out of 10.00/ 3.44 out of 5.00/ 2.75 out of 4.00/ 2.06 out of 3.00).
IARI Admission Admit Card 2022
The IARI Admission 2022 admit card will be released a few weeks before the commencement of exam. The candidates should carry their admit card to the exam center in order to appear for the exam. No candidate will be allowed entry in the examination hall without a valid admit card. The details about the exam, center and schedule will be communicated to the candidates through the admit card.
IARI Admission Result 2022
The result for the entrance exam conducted for IARI Admission 2022 will be released on the official website. After the declaration of the result, a rank list of the successful candidates will be prepared. The candidates will be able to check their result/ rank card using their roll number. The selected candidates will then be considered for admissions into the institute as per their ranking.
