Founded in the year 1999, Hindustan Institute of Technology & Management (HITM) is a well known private and self-financed engineering college located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The institute is run by the Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI), the largest education group of North India. HITM is affiliated to Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and approved by the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi. It has received the recognition from UP Board of Technical Education and State Government of UP.

75% seats will be filled by the University through State Entrance Examination (SEE-UPTU) and 10% seats through JEE counseling subject to the rank achieved by the student. Rest of the 15% seats will be occupied through Management/Direct admissions as per UPTU guidelines. Admissions are strictly done on the basis on merit.
