Himalayan Institute of Pharmacy & Research (HIPR), Dehradun was established in the year 1991 by Azad Educational Society with mission to contribute to the understanding of the development of civilization by promoting the creation, preservation and spreading of knowledge relating to the history and allied humanistic aspects of the pharmaceutical domain.
