It is a 2-year diploma course in the field of Medical Nursing. Admission Committee For Professional Medical Educational Courses (ACPMEC) is the authority that will manage this admission process.

Gujarat ANM Eligibility Criteria 2024

Age Limit
- The age of a candidate should not be less than 35 years at the time of admission.
Nationality
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification
- Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with science/ general stream.
- Female candidates may apply through the Vyavsaylakshmi programme and the Uchchatar Uttar Buniyadi Prawah program for admittance to the degree.

There is no other way than online application to apply for Gujarat ANM Admission 2024. Those who are eligible and interested to apply may checkout the steps given below. Please note that if a student doesn’t have the facility of the Internet then she can avail the same at the centers designated by the admission committee.
- First of all, you will have to visit the official portal for online application form i.e. http://www.medadmgujarat.org
- On the official website, you need to click on the “PIN Registration” and purchase a 14 digit button.
- You will be asked to provide a few of your basic details including your name, HSC seat number, email Id, etc. at the time of purchasing the PIN.
- In the next step, you will have to sign in by entering User ID, password, and 14-digit pin generated in the last step.
- After that, you must provide the following details in the main application form.
- Personal Details – Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Date of birth, etc.
- Educational Details – Name and Address of the school, marks secured in the qualifying exam, marks scored in the qualifying examination, etc.
- Contact Details – Phone Number, Alternate Phone number, Address of correspondence, Permanent Address, etc.
- Once all details are entered, you need to upload scanned images of the following documents.
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate
- Caste Certificate
- The uploaded images should be as per the specification mentioned on the official portal.

Gujarat ANM Document Verification 2024
- Once the application form submission process gets over, you will have to get your documents verified.
- The authorities will set up multiple dedicated help desk center for document verification.
- To get their documents verified, candidates will have to carry their original documents at the examination center.

- 10th class mark sheet
- 12th class mark sheet
- School leaving certificate
- 10th class passing certificate

Merit and Result
- The merit list will be prepared by the authorities once the documents of candidates get verified.
- You should note that two separate merit lists will be prepared for the science and general stream candidates.
- There is no provision for an entrance exam. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the academic theory and practical marks.
- For science stream students, the merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in physics, mathematics/biology, and chemistry subjects.
- For general stream students, marks obtained by candidates in the annual higher secondary examination.
- Along with the merit list, authorities will publish the rank list on the basis of merit.
Counselling
- Gujarat Nursing Council (GNC) will release the notification for the counselling process after the result declaration.
- The counselling process will take place in online mode and candidates will have to register separately for the same.
- During the counselling process, candidates will have to provide the choice of colleges in which they want to study.
- The seats will be allotted on the basis of choice filled by candidates and rank of candidates.
