GEEE Counselling 2021: Counselling Schedule and Process

The schedule of the GEEE counselling 2021 will be announced on the official website of the Galgotia University. Only those candidates can participate in the counselling process who have made it up to the merit list. The merit list will be based on the performance of the candidates in the exam. Through the GEEE examination, students can get admission in B.Tech program offered by the university.

The counselling will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates can exercise their preference for choice of the branch during the counselling and a seat will be allotted to them based on the number of parameters. GEEE Counselling 2021: Important pointers

1. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the counselling venue and date of the counselling. They need to visit the venue on time to get admission in the Galgotia University.
2. Students need to bring along the original as well as the photocopies of the documents for verification at the counselling venue.
3. Applicants will also be asked to pay the tuition fee during the counselling, so they need to bring the same at the venue.
4. During the counselling, the authority will allot a seat to the candidate based on the choice indicated by him/her, the merit rank secured and the availability of seats in the concerned branch of engineering.
5. Fee in Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “Galgotia University, Uttar Pradesh” payable at Delhi / Noida / Greater Noida. Applicants should mention their name, Course and Application ID behind the DD.
6. The seat allotment will be done only after the documents have been verified by the officials.
