GD Goenka DAT 2021: Application Form, Exam Pattern, Important Dates

GD Goenka DAT 2021: GD Goenka School of fashion designing will invite applications from eligible candidates for admission to various UG and PG design courses. Aspirants have to appear in DAT exam in order to get admissions in desired design programme.

GD Goenka DAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

For UG:

Candidates who have completed their 10+2 from CBSE or equivalent examination (in any stream) are eligible to appear in DAT 2021.

For PG:

Candidates who have done their graduation or are going to appear in the qualifying examination of minimum 3-year duration programme in engineering/ architecture/ design/ art OR a professional diploma in Design (from NID, CEPT or equivalent) are eligible to apply for PG admissions through DAT.

Application form: How to apply

• Eligible candidates can download the application form online from the official website of authority i.e. http://www.gdgoenkauniversity.com/.
• After downloading the application form, candidates have to fill the form with accurate details.
• Send the duly filled application form along with all necessary documents such as mark sheet of class 10^th & 12^th, scorecard of pre-qualifying test, graduation/post graduation/diploma mark sheet if applicable with DD of Rs 1000/ at below address

Admit Card

Applicants who have successfully done the registration can download their admit card from official website before a week from the entrance exam date. Admit card will comprise important details related DAT Exam such as timing and date for the entrance test, examination venue etc. Candidates must bring their hall ticket while coming for the exam. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without a valid hall ticket.

The paper will comprise four sections as follows:

Result

The result will be announced tentatively in the month of February 2021. Candidates who qualify DAT 2021 will be called for personal interview/screening test.

Selection process

Based on DAT result, candidates will be shortlisted according to their marks in the test. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for personal interview round and studio test. Final selection of candidates will be made through the merit basis and performance in personal interview.

Note: CEED scores will be accepted instead of DAT for UG admissions and NEED scores will be accepted instead of DAT for PG admissions.
