About the Rajalakshmi Engineering College
The Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Kancheepuram is also known as REC, Kancheepuram. REC is a private engineering institute that is affiliated to the Anna University. The Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Kancheepuram was initially set up in the year 1997 by the Rajalakshmi Educational Trust. The chairman of the institute is Thiru. S. Meganathan with an academic staff of about 250 people.
