About the Easwari College of Engineering
Easwari College of Engineering is a technical Institution situated in the state of Tamil Nadu. This Institution is the division of Sri Ramaswamy Memorial (SRM) Group of Educational Institutions for higher learning. The College is affiliated from the Anna University and functions under the four-decade old Valliammai Society. There are 7 undergraduate and 7 post graduate courses offered by the Institution in the field of engineering, computer science, and Management. The College was founded in the year of 1996 with the approval of the Government of the Tamil Nadu state.
The Courses provided by the institution are already accredited by the National board of Accreditation except the Civil Engineering, which was then added into 2007. It is located in Bharathi Salai, Ramapuram of the Tamil Nadu state. This Institution provides the Multi-storeyed academic blocks and two workshop blocks. The Institution has 250 persons in Academic staff and 173 persons in Administrative staff. It is providing the education to 3800 candidates including 3300 students admitted in undergraduate courses and 400 students admitted in post graduate courses.The Institution is motivating the students to improve their interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills to approach the life successfully. The Training and Placement Cell of the Institution focus on providing the training sessions to the candidates and improving their soft skills to make them eligible for the Placement process.
