WBJEE Merit List 2021

WBJEE merit list 2021 will be prepared after its result gets published. WBJEE result is usually released in the month of June every year. Name of only those students will be listed in the merit list those will acquire at least minimum cut off marks. Cutoff mark is actually the lowest mark must be acquired by candidates in order to qualify the entrance examination. So, there is a majority of terms and conditions are associated with preparing merit list for any entrance examination; depends upon the rules and regulations of the concerned authority.

WBJEE Merit List 2021

The merit list includes details related to name and rank of candidates appeared in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. We have highlighted some important points related to WBJEE 2021 merit list, please have a look:

• The merit list will be made available by the exam conducting authority most probably in the month of June 2019.
• Candidates can check their result with using their registration number and password.
• In case two or more candidates have obtained equal marks, the tie-breaking method will be applied.

Tie-Breaking Method

If two or more candidates are having equal marks then preference will be given in following means:

• Who have obtained minimum negative marks in aggregate in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
• Who have obtained more positive score in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics.
• Who have obtained more positive score in aggregate in Chemistry and Mathematics.
• Who have obtained minimum negative score in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics.
• Who have obtained minimum negative score in aggregate in Chemistry and Mathematics.
• Who have obtained more positive score for 2 marks questions in Mathematics.
• Who have obtained more positive score for 2 marks questions in Physics.
• Who have obtained more positive score for 2 marks questions in Chemistry.
• Who have obtained less negative score for 2 marks questions in Mathematics.
• Who have obtained less negative score for 2 marks questions in Physics.
• Who have obtained less negative score for 2 marks questions in Chemistry.
