WBJEE admit card 2024 is likely to release by West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam Board (WBJEEB) soon. The Board will release the admit card for those candidates only who have successfully submitted the application form and fees. WBJEEB will neither verify the information provided by you during online application nor verify certificate against date of birth, domicile, category, reservation, income, academic qualification etc. to confirm your eligibility. Admit cards are issued based on information furnished by candidates in the application form. All the verification will be concluded during counselling and subsequent admission and registration with the university. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage then his/her candidature will be cancelled at the same time.
Candidates will be able to download the admit card only by online mode. The applicants are advised to keep their admit card safe till the admission procedure gets over, as it will be required in counselling as well. There will be no duplicate copy of admit card and confirmation page will be issued to candidates.

Things to Keep in Mind
- If the image uploaded during the online application doesn’t match the prescribed requirements then the authority won’t issue the admit card.
- The confirmation page is generated based on information furnished by candidates in the application form. The same information will be reflected in your admit card and rank card. You’ll be only responsible for any sort of mistakes.
- Admit cards will be available online to download and take a printout in May 2020. Candidates need to bring a printed hard copy of their admit card to the exam centre.
- Please ensure that your admit card is not mutilated/soiled/distorted even by accident. Candidates with such admit cards won’t be allowed to take the exam.
- Candidates can generate a duplicate admit card by themselves but only till the date of examination. Hence, they should keep their admit card in a safe place for future reference.
- You can request the board to issue a duplicate admit card till a given date. You need to apply for the same and pay a processing fee of Rs.500/- through a bank draft in the name of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board payable at Kolkata.
- No candidates would be allowed to take exam at any centre rather then mentioned in their respective admit card.
How to Download WBJEE Admit card?
- First of all, the registered candidates need to click on the “WBJEE Admit Card” link on the official website.
- Direct links to download the WBJEE admit card will also be available on this page as soon as it gets released by the board.
- After clicking the download link, the candidate will be required to enter the Application no and password.
- In case the candidate forgets the application no. , there will be an option for “Forget Application No” candidate just need to click it and the application no. will be mailed to the registered email id of the applicant.
- The admit card will be displayed, just after the login.
- Download and take a print out of the admit card for the future reference.
Note: Keep a copy of downloaded admit card safe till the admission process gets over.

Errors in WBJEE Admit Card
You should double verify the information furnished on your admit card. You need to verify it soon after downloading your admit card. If you found any sort of errors then it’s your foremost responsibility to contact the concerned authority as soon as possible. Remember, if there is something wrong in your admit card then you won’t be allowed to take the exam under any circumstances.
What needs to bring at the exam centre?
You need to bring following on the day of exam:
- A printed hard copy of admit card;
- A copy of colour photograph which was uploaded during online application.
- A photo identity proof in original such as Aadhaar card/pan card/voter card/passport/10th standard admit card/school-ID card.
Instructions for Candidates
- No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without a valid admit card.
- Do carry a colored passport size photograph as uploaded on the application along with a valid id proof at the exam centre.
- In case the candidate lost his/her admit card after the exam , then he/she can obtain a duplicate admit card by paying a fee of Rs. 500 /- by demand draft drawn in favor of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable in Kolkata.
- The WBJEEB will not send the admit card through post or email to any of the candidate.
