VITMEE Application Form 2021: Important Dates, Eligibility Criteria

VITMEE is an entrance exam conducted annually by Vellore Institute of Technology for admissions in M.C.A/M.Tech/Integrated M.Tech with Ph.D courses. Candidates will be eligible for admission those who satisfy the eligibility criteria and fill the VITMEE Application Form 2021. VITMEE Application Form – Highlights

• Candidate needs to fill the application form through online mode by visiting the official website.
• The applicants should register for VITMEE, a Computer-Based Objective test at indicated test centers.
• The application form will be available in the month of February 2021.
• The list of short-listed candidates will be published on the website or personal SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number for an interview/counselling.
• Applicants should keep all the scanned copy of photograph & signature ready to upload during form filling.
• The image size should not be less than 10kb and should not exceed 200kb.
• The scanned signature and photograph must be in JPG format.
• Applicants must keep a printout of the filled application form for future reference.
• Candidates need not send the application form via post.

Application Fee

• Candidates need to pay a Non-Refundable application fee of Rs.1121/-(Including GST) for admission into the respective courses offered by the university.
• The payment can be made via Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking.

How to fill the Application Form?

• Visit the official website.
• Click on “New User Registration” & provide the relevant details.
• A password will be sent from VIT to your registered mobile no. and email id.
• Login using the User ID & Password received in the registered Email ID.
• Fill the online application form and submit it.
• An application number will be generated after submission.
• Upload the scanned photograph and signature in the format prescribed.
• Pay the required application fee.
• Save the Printout of the filled VITMEE Application Form 2020 for future use.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check their eligibility status from the information given below –

• Applicant must be an Indian national.
• For M.Tech, candidates should have passed B.Tech/B.E. with the full-time degree.
• For MCA, Candidates must pass BCA, B.Sc from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in the Bachelor’s program.
• Candidates studying in the final year of Bachelors are also eligible to apply.
