TS EAMCET Counselling 2023: Document Verification, Seat Allotment

TS EAMCET Counselling 2023 will be conducted for the candidates who have successfully cleared their entrance exam. The process of counseling will start in the month of June and the candidates will be able to provide their choices for course and college in online mode. The candidates before providing their choices will have to get their documents verified at any of the help line centers, the details of which will be intimated through the official website. After the complete process of TS EAMCET Counselling 2023 is over, the candidates will have to report to the allotted college to complete the admission formalities.

Detailed Process of TS EAMCET Counselling 2023

The first step towards the TS EAMCET Counselling 2023 will be the filling of Basic Information Form and the payment of processing fee. The processing fee will be Rs. 1200/- (Rs. 600/- for SC/ ST candidates) and can be paid via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking. After this, the candidates can visit the document verification center along with the required documents.

The candidates who got their certificates verified can submit their choice for the course and the college in the order of preference. The choice-filling can be done from home, cyber café or any other place where the facility of internet is available. However, the candidates will first have to generate a password by clicking on Candidates Registration link on the website, before exercising the options. After that, the candidates can login and start providing their options.

The candidates are advised to provide as many options as possible to avoid the disappointment of not getting a seat. The options must be provided in the order of preference. The candidates will be able to modify (delete/ add) their choices a number of times before the final locking. After final locking, the candidates should take a printout of the choices for future reference.

Certificates to be carried for verification

The following certificates in original and one set of photocopy should be carried to the document verification center:

  • TS EAMCET Rank Card
  • TS EAMCET Hall Ticket
  • Aadhaar Card- Aadhaar details (Finger Print Biometric) will be verified with UIDAI during the verification
  • Marks memo of S.S.C or equivalent exam
  • Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate of Intermediate or equivalent exam
  • Study Certificates of class VI to Intermediate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2021 by the competent authority, if applicable
  • Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable
  • Residence Certificate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case the candidate has no institutionalized education

Certificates to be produced by PH/ CAP/ NCC / Minority/ Anglo-Indian candidates:

  • PH: The candidates with 40% and above disability should produce disability certificate issued by District Medical Board.
  • CAP (Children of Armed forces Personnel): The candidates whose parents are in armed forces and are domicile of Telangana should produce the certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, Identity card and Discharge book (ex-Service men) and Service Certificate (in-service men) issued by Competent Authority.
  • NCC: Certificates issued by competent authorities.
  • Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master
  • Anglo-Indian: Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence

Certificates to be produced by Non-Local candidates:

  • Residence Certificate: Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents has resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State. OR
  • Employer Certificate: Candidates whose parents are employed in State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, local bodies, Universities and other similar Quasi-Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for the exam.

Seat Allotment and Tuition Fee Payment

The provisional allotment of seats will be done on the basis of the rank of the candidates, choice made by them during the time of TS EAMCET Counselling 2023 and the availability of seats. The result of the seat allotment will be published on the website and so will be the seat allotment letter. The candidates are supposed to download their seat allotment letter and carry it along with them at the time of admission. The allotment letter can be downloaded by entering the ROC Form Number, TS EAMCET Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in candidate login. The candidates will also have to pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the letter via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking. If the candidate fails to pay the prescribed tuition fee within the predefined schedule, the provisional allotment will get cancelled.
