SRMJEEE Counselling: Documents Required, Allotment

SRMJEEE Counselling: SRM University is the concerned authority responsible to conduct its counselling procedure. Candidates who appeared in SRM University engineering entrance exam and obtained the minimum qualifying marks they are eligible for appearing in counselling process.

A merit list will be released by the admission authority based on total marks secured by candidates in the entrance test. Ranking provided to candidates by the admission authority will be used while inviting them for counselling process.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Eligibility Conditions for Appearing in SRMJEEE counselling process are as follow:

• Candidates should have scored 65% marks in aggregate in PCM/PCB for admission to KTR campus whereas, 60% for other campuses.
• If you are among CBSE students then you need to score 60% marks in PCM/PCB for KTR campus.

Before making payment of requisite counselling amount, candidates should ensure their eligibility for appearing in the exam. After making payment of the requisite fee, candidates will be issued their provisional allotment letter.

List of Documents Need to Bring While Coming to Attend the Counselling Procedure

Here is the list of documents candidates must bring while coming to attend the counselling procedure:

• Call letter for attending the counselling process.
• Hall ticket/rank card of SRMJEEE
• High School or class X mark sheet.
• Qualifying exam mark sheet.
• Demand draft of requisite counselling fee. The draft should be obtained in favor of “SRMIST” payable at Chennai.

SRMJEE Counselling Procedure

• List of qualified candidates need to download their counselling letters first for attending the counselling process.
• Candidates will find all counselling details in the counselling letter.
• They need to appear for counselling process as per their marks in the exam.
• Candidates must have to attend the counselling process personally, the case of substitute won’t be considered.
• No request for making a change in counselling date & time will be entertained by the authority.
• Candidates are eligible to proceed further for attending the counselling procedure only after verification of their documents.
• After allocation of the seat, the allotment branch won’t be considered for change.
