About National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Manipur

NIELIT Churachandpur is, in fact, the Extension Centre of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology,Imphal. The institute was established under the development venture named “Development of North-Eastern Region by enhancing the Training/Education capacity in the IECT area”. The Centre of the Institute is located at Hill Town, Tipaimukh Road, Churachandpur which is on temporary premises but the permanent campus of the institute is being setup in Tuibong Churachandpur. The Secretary of the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Govt. of India inaugurated the centre of the Institute on 19th August 2013 via video conferencing in the dignified presence of Deputy Commissioner, Churachandpur District.

Office Automation and Soft Skills, Soft Skills and Communicative English, Web Designing, Advanced Development using PHP, Desktop Publishing, Financial Accounting using Tally, Information Security & Cyber Law, Cyber Forensic, Cyber Law, Dot NET Technologies, C++, Core Java, Advanced Java, Linux, Cloud Computing and various others.

Admission Process

Candidates can apply for regular admission for various courses such as DOEACC ‘A’ Level Course, DOEACC ‘B’ Level Course, DOEACC ‘O’ Level Course through CCMT counselling. The candidate are required to have a valid GATE score to be eligible to apply for admission.Candidates can take admission by submitting the duly filled in admission for the desired programme which they want to pursue from the Institute.
