MU OET Counselling

MU OET Counselling: The counselling process of MU OET will be commenced in the month of June 2022. All possible details and schedule of MU OET counselling process will be updated to candidates through this post. Candidates, who have acquired the minimum qualifying marks, are only allowed to attend the counselling process.

The counselling process includes document verification and seat allotment procedure. Candidates, whose documents are assumed valid, are only allowed to appear in the counselling. Candidates, whose documents are found invalid, their candidature will be cancelled at the same time.

 MU OET Counselling: Important Highlights

• At the time of booking the centers through MU OET online test booking system, candidates also need to book the venue of counselling.
• Candidates, who have achieved the minimum qualifying marks, they will be asked to report at the counselling venue according to their ranks.
• Candidates, whose ranks are included in the qualified list, they have to report at the counselling venue according to their ranks.
• Candidates will have to appear for the counselling process in person and will have to fill up the registration form at the counter.
• Only the candidate himself and his/her representative will be allowed to participate in the counselling process.
• Candidates will be allotted seats based on their MU OET ranks and availability of seats after biometric verification and document verification.
• Candidates are also permitted to make themselves waitlisted for another course if they are seeking to get admission.

MU OET Counselling Procedure

• Candidates will have to fill up the choice of courses which is commencing from June 2022.
• For the choice filling process, candidates will have to log in with their application number and OTBS password.
• Candidates need to fill up their preferences of courses.
• They are allowed to change preferences only within given deadline.
• Candidates need to take a printout of their option list for further reference.
• Candidates will be provided information related to first time allotment, up-gradation and status of seats after each round.
• Candidates will also receive an email with all latest updates of counselling procedure.

Important Instructions for Document Verification

• Candidates are instructed to submit original documents along with one set of photocopies.
• Candidates do not need to submit coloured photocopies.
• Original mark sheet with lamination won’t be accepted by the University.

List of Documents Required for Document Verification Procedure

• Class Xth mark sheets as date of birth proof;
• E-Hall ticket;
• Mark statements of 10+2;
• Character and conduct certificate- It should be obtained from the College/ School letter head/pad;
• SLC/CLC or Transfer certificate- It should be issued by the respective college/school;
• Four latest identical passport size photographs and one stamp size photograph;
• Fees, as applicable;
• PAN card copy of candidate’s parent;
• One set of photocopies of aforesaid documents;
• NATA score card for all B.Arch applicants;
