KLUEEE Application Form: Guidelines to Apply, Important Dates

The candidates interested in admissions in undergraduate courses offered by KL University can submit the KLUEEE application form now. The form has been provided on the official website of the university and the link for the same has been provided to the candidates on this page to save their time and effort. The candidates can fill the application form till 24th January 2022. The form can also be obtained in person or via post by paying the desired application fee in cash or DD. How to Apply?

The candidates can apply for KLUEEE in online as well as offline mode. The candidate can obtain the application form from the university website (online method) or from the specified admissions offices in person or by post (offline method). While availing the application form in person or by post, the fee can be paid via cash or demand draft.

While filling the application form, the candidates will have to provide the personal details, communication details, course details, qualifying exam details, academic records, income of the parent/ guardian, and scanned copy of digital photograph.

The following fields need to be filled under different sections in the application form:

1. Personal details: Name of the Candidate (As per SSC Marks List), Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Aadhaar Number, Religion, Community, Mother Tongue, Native State, 10+2 Group (group of subjects studied in class 12^th), parent’s name, etc.
2. Communication address: Name, Address, Village / Town, District, State, Country, Mobile Number, E-mail Address, etc.
3. Course options: Program applying for, Test City, Preferred Campus to join and Hostel Requirement (yes/ no)
4. Qualifying exam details: Status (passed/appearing), Qualifying Exam Passed/ Appearing, Roll Number (filled 0 if status is appearing), Name and Address of the School/College and Month and Year of Passing/ Appearing
5. Academic record: Aggregate marks and year of passing class 10^th, class 12^th, class 12^th board name, medium of study, etc.
6. Annual Income information: Annual income of parent/ guardian

After entering the above-mentioned details, the candidate will have to upload the scanned copy of photograph in JPG format and size less than 100 kb.

The candidate will then have to read and sign the declaration present at the end of the form. After entering the complete details in the form, the candidate can proceed for application fee payment. An amount of Rs. 1100/- will be charged as application fee. The fee submission can be done online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking. In case of payment via cash or demand draft, the cash/ DD must be enclosed in a self-addressed envelope and sent to address mentioned below. The DD must be drawn in favor of K L Deemed to be University payable at Vijayawada on any scheduled bank.

After successful payment of application fee, the candidates will be able to download the printout of duly filled application form. This printout of the application from, signed by the applicant and parent/ guardian should be sent via Registered post/ Speed post to the same address as given above.
