Counselling Procedure

Selection of candidates for Kerala Polytechnic 2023 diploma programmes will be based on their performance in class 10th or its equivalent exam. Based on the qualifying exam score, a rank list gets prepared and counselling process will be held based on the same.

Seat allotment process will be completely based on the marks secured in the qualifying exam, eligibility and seat availability across college & institute. The result of seat allotment will be available at the official website of Kerala Polytechnic.

Necessary Documents for Counselling Session

Here are the important documents required for counselling:

  • VHSE/ ITI/ KGCE passing certificate and mark sheet;
  • THSLC/ SSLC mark sheet and passing certificate;
  • Domicile and character certificate;
  • Transfer certificate
  • Category certificate for reserved category candidates;
  • Medical certificate for PwD category candidates;

Candidates are informed that they should bring all aforesaid documents in original along with its photocopies while coming to attend the counselling session. Failing to do so will lead to cancellation of candidature of that particular candidate.
