KCET Exam Pattern 2021
- The KCET exam will be held in Pen and Paper based mode.
- Candidates can choose either English or Kannada language to take the exam.
- A separate Kannada language test will be conducted for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates only.
- The Kannada language test will be 50 Marks and will be according to the class 4th
- Candidates who must give the Kannada language test should score minimum 12 marks out of 50 to qualify the language test.
- Candidates seeking admission under Agricultural Quota will need to take the practical exam carrying 200 Marks to claim the seat.
- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, +1 mark will be awarded.
- Negative Marking: No Negative Marking.
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Papers: There will be Two papers conducted on Two different days – Paper-I will be of Biology and Mathematics whereas, paper-II will be of Physics and Chemistry respectively.
