• Candidates should have done B. Tech/B.E in Computer Science & Technology/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology, MCA ((with Honours in Physics/Maths/Statistics/Computer Science scoring at least 50% marks or BCA with 60% marks or any B.E./B. Tech) or equivalent degree.
• Applicants should have scored at least 60% marks in 10th and 10+2 levels with Mathematics and Physics as major subjects.

Candidates can download the application form and Information Brochure from the university official website i.e. www.klyuniv.ac.in after the release of notification. Fill up the application form accurately and carefully. Candidates need to deposit payment of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 150/- for candidate belonging to SC/ST category) as required application fee via Bank Challan to be submitted in any branch of SBI. Application forms will be submitted at Admission Section of the University of Kalyani during all working days apart from Saturday and Sunday.

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will have to appear for an Admission Entrance Test organized by the department and an interview. Total marks scored in the Admission Test out of 20 and in Interview out of 10 will be added to the marks attained from records to calculate the total marks of a student out of 100, based on which the final merit list will be made. There will also some reservation and relaxation as per rules of Govt. of West Bengal.
