JEE Main Rank List

There is no doubt that JEE Main is India’s most reputed engineering entrance exam opening gateway for thousands of students in establishing their career in engineering & technology domain. The exam is conducted every year in the month of April and application form for the same is available from the first week of November. Once the exam is over, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) prepares rank list for JEE Main. Aspirants who are appearing for JEE Main can find the rank list in the first week of July.

The rank list is prepared after combining JEE Main score (60% weightage) and class 12th marks (40% weightage). Talking about the participating institutes for JEE Main are 18 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), 32 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and 18 Government Funded Technical Institutes. JEE Main rank card shows state rank, all India rank, and category rank along with overall marks and marks acquired in each paper. Among the entire mentioned details, only All India Rank (AIR) is used for admissions to B.E. /B. Tech course offered at IIITs/ NITs/GFTIs.

Where to Get JEE Main Rank Card?

Please keep in mind that no JEE Main rank card will be sent to candidates through the post, candidates need to download it from the official website. Once the JEE Main AIRs gets announced, candidates can check out the same by using JEE Main roll number and date of birth.
