JEE Advanced 2018: JEE Advanced is a national level entrance examination conducted by the 7 zonal Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) under the direction of JAB also known as Joint Admission Board. JEE Advanced is a second stage entrance exam of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). It is organized for offering admission to eligible applicants into various B.Tech, Architecture, Integrated M.Tech courses or B.Tech -M.Tech Dual Degree in Engineering, Science & Pharmacy courses provided in IITs and ISM. The JEE Advanced application form will be available in the month of April 2018 tentatively. The applicants can attempt this entrance exam for two consecutive times. Candidates must satisfy prescribed eligibility criteria before appearing in the exam. The important eligibility for JEE Advanced 2018 are as follows:
Performance in JEE Main 2018:
The interested applicants should have cleared JEE Mains examination with minimum cut-off marks. They are also needed to fulfill the JEE Mains 2018 eligibility criteria.
JEE Advanced age limit
Aspirants should have born on or after October 1, 1993. There will be five years relaxation in the age given to SC/ST candidates.
Candidates can apply maximum 2- times in consecutive years.
- Candidates must qualified higher secondary examination with all subjects by obtaining a minimum of 75% marks (for Gen/OBC) and 65% marks (in case of SC/ST/PwD). OR
- Candidate must be in the category-wise top twenty percentile of successful students in their relevant Class 12th (or equivalent) board examination.
- A candidate should not be admitted in IIT/IIM before.
JEE Advanced Application Form 2018
The interested and eligible candidates can register themselves online through the official website of JEE Advanced. The JEE Advanced 2018 registration process will begin most probably in the month of April 2018. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before they start the application process. On successful registration candidates will obtain the login ID and Password. Keep these login credentials safe till the admission done.
Candidates have to pay Rs 2000/ (Rs 1000/ for SC/St/PWD and female candidates) as mandatory JEE Advanced 2018 application fee.

- There will be 2 papers in JEE Advanced 2018 i.e. paper 1 & paper 2.
- The duration of each paper is 3 hours.
- It is compulsory for the candidates to attempt both the papers.
- The paper will consist of MCQ type questions and numerical type questions as well.
- Both the paper will be divided into 3 sections such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- There will be also negative marking for wrong responses.
- The exam paper will be available both in English as well as Hindi languages.

The syllabus of JEE advanced 2018 will be consist of 3 subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates who are planning to appear in architecture courses provided by IITs, have to appear in Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2018 and they have to go through some additional syllabus for this exam.
The JEE Advanced 2018 admit card will be available to candidates for downloading on the online website of JEE Advanced. The candidates who completed registration process successfully can download the admit card of JEE Advanced 2018 from May 2018 tentatively. Candidates have to bring the downloaded copy of their admit card and one original id proof while appearing in the examination hall.

The answer keys for JEE Advanced 2018 will available on the official website of JEE Advanced. The applicants can check their answer online with the official JEE Advanced 2018 answer key from May to June 2018.
The result will be expected to announce online in the month of June 2018. The candidates who successfully qualified the exam can check their category-wise All India Rank (AIR) after the announcement of result through official website of JEE Advanced. The commission will not send the JEE Advanced rank card 2018 individually.
